Shipping policy

While Classic Golden Pecans does not guarantee shipping dates, it is our policy to ship orders as soon as possible, unless our customer specifies otherwise.  Most often, orders are shipped the day they are received or the next business day, depending on carrier pick-up times; but again, this cannot be guaranteed as production and packaging times vary depending on order volume.  If a customer wishes to place an order and have us hold shipping until a certain date in the future, the customer can indicate this in the notes section of the order, and we will do our best to comply, or contact customer to make other arrangements if customer's requests is not possible.

It is our policy to ship with the carrier our customers select at checkout; however, we do reserve the right to upgrade shipping if in our experience it would be beneficial to our customer.  If we do upgrade shipping, there will be no extra charge to our customer.

Classic Golden Pecans cannot and DOES NOT guarantee delivery dates of third party carriers.  Any delivery date that USPS or UPS gives is a) an estimate, not a guarantee and b) a estimate from the carrier, NOT from Classic Golden Pecans.  Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of a third party whom we do not own or control.  By placing an order for shipment, customers understand and agree that the carrier is solely responsible for delivery once the carrier takes possession of the order, and Classic Golden Pecans cannot control third party carriers, or affect third party carrier policy or logistics.
