This beautiful hand painted pirogue (pronounced "pee-rogue" or "pee-row") is a replica of the flat-bottom boat with pointed ends used by Cajun fishermen to slide easily through the swamps and bayous of South Louisiana. Each pirogue is a unique creation of Louisiana artist Rodney Lewis, making it a one-of-a-kind treasure!
