Sweet Crunchy Pecan Cole Slaw

Crunchies:
1/3 cup Classic Golden Pecan Pieces
3 tablespoons sesame or sunflower seeds
1 pkg Oriental Seasoning Raman Noodles crushed/crumbled (with seasoning pack)
 
Brown above in 3 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons Kinloch Plantation Pecan Oil, let cool and store in a plastic bag in the fridge
 
Dressing:
4 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons rice or tarragon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 cup Kinloch Plantation Pecan Oil
 
Prepare dressing by combining sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and pecan oil, season with pepper and chill.
 
Slaw Base:
1 pkg old-fashioned slaw with carrots
1 bunch green onions
 
When ready to serve, add Crunchies and Dressing to one package of old-fashioned cole slaw with carrots and add chopped green onions
