Robin's Pralines

1 Stick butter
1 Cup brown sugar
2 Cups powdered sugar
Dash salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 Cup evaporated milk
1 pound Classic Golden Pecan pieces
 
Melt butter, add salt and brown sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, add evaporated milk.
Return to heat, bring back to a boil.
Boil 2 minutes or until mixture reaches 232 degrees on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat, let cool to lukewarm.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
Stir until clumps are gone, add pecans and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper and let set.
