Banana Bread With Pecans

(Makes 2 loaves)
1  cup butter, softened
1 1/2  cups sugar
4  large eggs
3  cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1  teaspoon salt
2  cups ripe, mashed, bananas
1 1/2  cups Classic Golden Pecan pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Grease and flour two 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.
With an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar at medium speed until creamy.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring well.  Add mashed bananas and Classic Golden Pecans, stirring just until combined.  Place batter in prepared pans.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a tester inserted into center comes out clean.  Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes, remove from pans, and allow to cool completely on wire racks.
