    A: Yes. Please call (1-856-47-PECAN) and speak with a sales associate to see if you qualify.

    Q: Do you offer personalization on your pecan gift tins and corporate gifts?
    A: In addition to adding your customized company logo on our products, we can enclose a personalized message or business card in the gift tin when preparing your order for shipping. We can even print the message for you using high quality card stock.

    Q: How can I order when the Lafayette store is closed?
    A: There are several options on ordering when our Lafayette store is closed.
    1. You may order from our online shopping cart at any time, and have your order shipped to you.
    2. You may order by phone, if you live near the Lafayette area, and we will arrange to meet you at the store with your order. Call 337-988-0850 or 888-663-2137 Toll Free.
    3. You may select "in store pickup" on your web order -- be sure your correct phone number is on your order -- and we will call you for a pick-up time.

    Q: How can I ship to multiple addresses?
    A:

    As you are adding products to the shopping cart, make sure to add them one by one if they are going to be shipped to multiple addresses.

    For example, if want to send the Classic Seven Pecan Gift Tin to your three aunts who live at different addresses, then add each Classic Seven with a quantity of 1 to the shopping cart one at a time.

    Then, when you get to the the Shipping page in the Checkout process and you see each of the products listed, you'll be able to separate the order into different shipments.

    For each product, there is a Shipping Address selection box. You can select an existing address or click to add a new one.

    This is perfect for re-ordering holiday or Christmas gifts each year. It's a great solution for organizing corporate gifts for clients.
